Stress is no doubt a real thing.

When we encounter the day-to-day challenges and problems, we can get.

It could be because of work-related, personal relationships, or other major life events.

We have to deal with stress for a healthy lifestyle.

Everybody has their own way of coping with it.

So today I am sharing my way of coping with stress in 2023

✔I never forget to count 5 things daily that I am grateful of

I make it my habit.

At the end of each day I always sit back and count 5 things throughout the day I am grateful for.

This activity makes me calm and makes me feel good about myself.

Because whatever tense situation we are facing there is always one positive factor within it.

So I always look up to them.

And despite how stressful my day is I feel relaxed after it.

✔I never forget to give myself the time and space I needed

After a stressful situation, I always give myself time to relax and calm myself.

I try to do things that give me happiness.

I never forget to give myself time.

Because for a healthy lifestyle, you have to be in a good relationship with yourself first.

There is no point in making connections with others while you are struggling with your own self so I always make time and space for myself no matter what.

✔Whenever things go very tense, I stop there and take a few steps back to know what’s going on and how to get rid of them

Stress affects every people differently.

Some might get muscle tension.

Some might get sleep disturbance and many more.

But I always lost my focus Whenever I am in stress.

So Whenever I feel stress I take a break from it and reflect back on the situation.

Give myself time and count 5 things I am grateful for.
